I just reviewed Cleveland’s base accounts. In doing so I asked for an update on one from Heiko. He has done an excellent job in cleaning up the base accounts and keeping it under control. I just wish we could clone that determination and commitment and send it out to others. The base is at 7.3% which is actually what a top company should be.
