Heiko Luehrs has been employed with the C.H. Robinson Company since April 1997. In the past 2 1/2 years I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Heiko. He possesses a strong work ethic and is directly responsible for redirecting the course of the international operations in Cleveland. He possesses extensive export and import knowledge.
Heiko’s strengths are many. His greatest by far is his attention to detail. Heiko strives to attain perfection in every aspect of the business he conducts. He is relentless in this pursuit and raises the standards with his competitors. He continually attempts to exceed the expectations of his customers. Customers have commented that, once they have used the services he provides, everyone else pales in comparison.
Another strength, which he possesses, is loyalty. He always exhibits his loyalty to his customers as well as the company for which he works. He routinely attends work-related functions after business hours that not only enhance his own capabilities, but also the credibility of the office.
It is my strong belief that Heiko would make a fine addition to any international operation.
